Seems to be very large bug when it comes to Unit Count type on Amazon.
Instead of " ounces " or " Fl oz " the variation theme names for size are showing " Count "
This is a random product that I found after almost losing my mind this morning for my client.
Amazon needs to fix this

Dear @AmazonHelp @amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta @AmazonSellerLaw, I desperately need someone to actually review my case.
I’m a 19-year-old college student who started selling on Amazon to build a business and help support myself through college. In March, my seller account was deactivated under Section 3, and now, nearly FIVE MONTHS later, I am still fighting to get someone to properly review what happened.
Amazon questioned whether I purchased enough inventory to account for the units I sold. I did.
I purchased 33 individual units of ASIN B0CPB3W5CJ from a legitimate source and sold only 30.
The problem appears to be how my supplier displays bundled quantities. Their invoices use designations such as "USA / 3," meaning a 3-pack containing THREE individual units. For example, a quantity of 6 "USA / 3" represents 18 individual units, not 6.
For five months, I have repeatedly tried to explain this and provide Amazon with exactly what they request. I have submitted my invoices, credit card payment records, proof of delivery, screenshots demonstrating how the supplier's 3-pack quantities work, and documentation showing the number of units I actually sold.
Yet I continue receiving essentially the same response telling me that I haven't provided the necessary information. Each time Amazon tells me what is supposedly missing, I provide it, only to receive another rejection.
And unfortunately, my account being deactivated wasn't the only thing that happened.
I also had approximately $900 worth of completely separate FBA inventory sitting in Amazon's fulfillment centers. I received notice that this inventory was going to be destroyed, so I disputed the decision. After my dispute, I was told that I was correct and that my inventory would NOT be destroyed.
Then, despite that, I received another email informing me that Amazon had destroyed the inventory anyway.
That was nearly $900 of inventory that I had purchased with my own money. I disputed its destruction, was told it would not be destroyed, and then found out afterward that it had been destroyed.
Meanwhile, thousands of dollars from my sales remain tied up as well.
These were legitimate products that I actually purchased, paid for, received, and sold. There is a documented trail showing where my inventory came from and why the invoice quantities appear the way they do.
I'm now back in college, and this isn't disposable money to me. This is money I worked for and need for tuition, living expenses, and business obligations, including a credit card bill that I cannot afford to pay off due to my money being wrongfully held and my inventory being wrongfully destroyed. Between the funds being held and the inventory that was destroyed, this situation has put me in an extremely difficult financial position.
I've spent nearly five months trying to resolve this through the proper channels. I'm not asking Amazon to ignore its policies or simply take my word for it. I'm asking for a REAL review of the evidence and history of my case.
Please, @AmazonHelp @amznsellerhelp, I need someone to look beyond the repeated responses, review what I've actually submitted, and help me finally resolve this.

#workWithUsAmazon nice catch!!!
@AmazonASGTG 🚨 MAJOR GLITCH: The "+X bought in past month" metric vanished from @amazon mobile app & browsers (desktop fine). With 70% mobile traffic, our sales plummeted 60% today! @AmazonHelp escalate to the tech team ASAP! Other sellers, are your mobile sales tanking too?

This needs eyes from @ajassy @dharmeshmehta @amznsellerhelp
We sell decorative home goods. Customers routinely buy 2-3 finishes, keep what matches their decor, and return the rest. Normal category behavior, not dissatisfaction.
Amazon now prompts a rating on every return. So the only customers being aggressively prompted are the ones returning something, while the people who love the product barely get asked. You are only capturing one side.
Example attached below. Every written review on this product is 5 stars. The rating displays 3.6. A customer opens the page, reads glowing five star reviews, and sees a 3.6 with zero 3 or 4 star ratings. It does not make sense to anyone, seller or shopper. The rating no longer describes the product.
New ASINs with small review pools get crushed overnight with no recourse and no feedback to act on. Meanwhile Amazon incentivizes us to launch more selection. The left hand is destroying exactly what the right hand is funding.
And it hands black hats a free weapon: incentivize returns, farm ratings-only negatives, no recourse.
Reckless rollout. Please rethink it.

@amznsellerhelp I urgently need your help with an https://t.co/aDvHb48UnT PSP KYC issue that has been unresolved since May. I'm an Amazon seller since 2016, and my U.S. disbursements remain on hold despite completing all requested steps. Details below.
Hope this works out for you! #workWithUsAmazon
My first ever post on X and I'm already here screaming for help 😅
Hey @amznsellerhelp @Sell_on_Amazon @AmazonHelp — we've been stuck on an issue for over a MONTH and 4 support cases later, still no resolution.
We sell the TREBLAB HD77 speaker (ASIN: B07PPWVCZC). It's a BLACK speaker. We uploaded correct images of the BLACK product. Seller Central even confirms our uploads are right.
But customers see a GRAY speaker on the listing. Wrong product, wrong color.
And here's the kicker — Amazon is now asking us to upload Hazmat documents for this item, but we can't complete compliance because the listing shows the wrong product. We're stuck in a loop.
We've tried everything support suggested:
•Re-uploaded all images
•Uploaded in incognito
•Removed parent variation
•Re-uploaded the main image
Nothing works. A month of back and forth.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you fix it? Any tips would be hugely appreciated 🙏

Hey there, @AmazonHelp @amznsellerhelp
After Prime Day, we noticed a surge in negative reviews on our product from buyer profiles marked “Reviews have been hidden.”
We noticed the same pattern happening to another competitor of ours, and we started communicating with them.
An Important story on @amazon relentless war on good actors and honest people.

@amznsellerhelp
Well this is interesting to me - given that Amazon continues to hunt my family over alleged “bribes” despite zero evidence of the same.
But they refuse to investigate here? Huh.
On Amazon, fraudulent and fake trademarks are used as a war to take down honest sellers. They hide with FAKE names, and submit "anonymous" reports and have full legal protection (You can't sue in China from the U.S. for less than $200k).
In U.S. Law, if you enforce a Trademark or other Intellectual property WRONGFULLY, you are legally liable and can be counter-sued.
However, Amazon currently allows for random, unknown and not verified owners of "Intellectual property" register and attack your listing.
This needs to be a basic reform. Intellectual Property claims must be done by the VERIFIED OWNER and there needs to be someone IN THE US that can be held accountable for false claims.
@amznsellerhelp @AmazonHelp Please confirm ownership of IP before taking down major Amazon products.
Hey @ajassy Oil is CHEAPER than it was 5 years ago so tell me how your 3.5% fee makes sense? Did you reduce FBA fees by 3.5% when prices dropped? lol. There is a real problem if you nickel and dime us and still can't increase shareholder value - this is a negative flywheel.

@amznsellerhelp Our #1 top ASIN has been shut down on Prime Day from this clearly fake email and name. The claim is baseless, we are advertising on our own Trademarked product.
Please expedite review ASAP.

@amznsellerhelp @AmazonASGTG @amznsellerhelp product still shut down, 48 hours later and no updates. 43k reviews, 4.8 stars, sub 2% return rate, customers keep item badge, #1 best seller in category. 48,000 units stuck in reserves.
Praying this gets resolved. #workWithUsAmazon
@amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta I need help with a clear Best Seller Badge manipulation case on Amazon US:
Competitor ASIN B0B7B649XX is sewing machine oil but instead of being placed in the dedicated "Sewing Machine Oil" subcategory (where all legitimate competitors sit), it's parked under "Serger & Overlock Machine Accessories" to fraudulently hold the Best Seller Badge there. A bottle of oil is not an accessory or attachment.
What I've already tried over weeks:
- 4 Reports a Violation in Seller Central
- Multiple "Report incorrect product information" via detail page
- Multiple Seller Support phone calls
- Forum post tagging Manny_Amazon: https://t.co/6TXB3UyjGf
3 Complaint IDs all auto-closed without human review:
- 19854184971 (closed "action taken", no change)
- 20060872311 (closed as "listed correctly", factually wrong)
- 20064693681 (rejected as duplicate)
Need a priority ticket to a human reviewer. Happy to share screenshots and seller ID via DM.
Please help 🙏

Our community fully supports a rolling back of some of these measures @amznsellerhelp #workWithUsAmazon
I polled 100+ founders doing $1M+ a year out of our group of 800.
Amazon’s latest seller changes are not just “annoying.”
They are draining growth capital.
52% said the cash flow hit from Amazon’s ad spend + DD+7 changes will be over $100k.
28% said over $250k.
79% said the recent policy changes impact more than 25% of their free cash.
This means less payroll, less innovation, more stock outs, less PPC, fewer launches, and more pressure.
These are average businesses already making single digit margins paying 70 cents of every dollar to Amazon.
Amazon says it supports small business.
These numbers say otherwise.

@AmazonASGTG @amznsellerhelp Today is one of those days I want to throw my computer out the window with how backwards Amazon is. Authorized distributor, brand invoice, LOA, and GS1 certificate. Amazon first approves me. Then when my prep center tries to ship they can’t. I’m regated.
Wasted 2 days now in constant chats with Amazon. Now they tell me the brand has to put me in their brand registry.
The issue though, the brand isn’t registered! How Amazon can just make crap up shouldn’t be allowed. I just lit 2k on fire
This is a great seller. #workWithUsAmazon
Account has been deactivated for almost 20 days. Can't make payroll. $114,000 tied up. "Internal Review" has been NINE DAYS. I CANNOT just "sit and wait" with no transparency as to what is happening. @AmazonASGTG @amznsellerhelp. Is there anyone at Amazon who looks at these?

Amazon has currently deactivated our seller account and is holding over $386,000 in funds due to a supply chain review tied to a single ASIN (B003CF07S0 – Designs for Health).
We have already submitted full documentation:
• invoices
• proof of payment
• logistics / shipment records
• completed video verification
All products were sourced through standard distribution channels and are fully documented.
The issue appears to stem from a supplier authorization technicality involving LOA territorial rights, rather than any issue with product authenticity, product condition, or illicitly obtained goods.
Despite removing the ASIN and fully cooperating, our entire account remains deactivated. Our inventory is locked, removals are blocked, and over 98% of our catalog, sourced from long term authorized distributors we have worked with for more than seven years, is now unable to generate sales.
At the same time, we have approximately $310,000 in outstanding payables to suppliers that will soon begin incurring penalties due to the funds being withheld.
This situation is creating significant operational strain on an otherwise compliant, long-standing business.
We are fully committed to resolving this and have been responsive at every step. We respectfully ask for a review and assistance from @amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta @JeffBezos @Amazon @AmazonHelp @designforhealth .

Amazon’s Fair Pricing system is out of control.
We’ve had cases open since Friday after our Buy Box was pulled over an alleged $8.95 “external price.”
Our actual price? $18.99.
We are an Amazon-only brand.
Brand Registered.
Selling exclusively on Amazon since 2017.
No resellers. No external retailers.
This is the only place our brand is sold.
We currently have over 80,000 units sitting inside Amazon (FBA + AWD).
The $8.95 “comparison” is a generic Chinese seller on Temu.
Not our brand.
Not our product.
Not our packaging.
Not our UPC.
Just our images stolen directly from our Amazon listing.
This item accounts for the majority of our company’s revenue.
After 3 days of “investigation,” the Buy Box came back Saturday night.
Then it disappeared again Sunday.
Now we’re told we’re “eligible” for the Buy Box… but another investigation must be opened to determine why we don’t have it.
This system has operated this way for years, it suppress first, investigate later with no meaningful fix to the underlying matching logic.
When automation repeatedly misidentifies unrelated products and penalizes Brand Registered sellers holding tens of thousands of units in Amazon’s warehouses, that is not competitive pricing enforcement. It’s a systemic flaw creating real financial damage.
Amazon can and should do better.
