The consumer minister @JoshiPralhad made headlines by announcing action against #Apple but never followed through with action. What should have been a class action ended up being a dud! No wonder brands take Indian consumers for granted.
The same brand that recalls a defective product in America, wants 10 back and forths from the Indian consumers and then too will replace for the complainant but nothing for others using the same defective item because they know they can get away. This is failed consumer protection.

Former software engineer at Apple is whistleblowing
She says whenever Apple launches a new phone, they would push an update to older iPhones with malware to slow them down. This pushes people to upgrade
