preprocessing rs-fMRI with #fmriprep for the first time, are there parameter considerations (e.g., output spaces) that differ significantly from preprocessing a functional task?
But does the framework generalize? To demonstrate its potential for transparent sharing we adapted it to open data (@studyforrest) and open source software (#fmriprep). Thanks to @ReproNim and @yarikoptic for readily providing it in a container collection!

One thing to note is that fieldmap-less SDC is temporarily disabled in the 21.0.0rc0 pre-release, but it will be back before the full 21.0.0 release! #fmriprep
@russpoldrack @rotembot @oesteban @effigies I think coregistration failure across anatomical and functional images one of the most common issues Iโve seen. The animated plots in #fmriprep are really good for this.
