I don't know all the context of this, but this is classic GMC. No case to answer, but somehow still needs to go to RO who most likely has no clue about SoMe, doesn't understand it but will still put you on the naughty step. It's bullying. No case to answer, should mean just that

I complained to the @ICOnews about the CareWorks app/service. They replied as per the linked tweet that I would first "need to raise your concerns with the organisation directly". I replied & asked them to reconsider
