@F3GrandStrand The weather was clearly UN-ULTIMATE this morning, but 5 #PAX gave ZERO #fartsacks about it! Distances ranged from 3.5-4.4 miles. Each PAX left with less love handles than they arrived with. Special shout out to @herr_rob for making it out! #HIM of #HOFF! SYITG!

@F3Abu @F3ENC @timmanning22 @eddieloes @JMcGowen14 No such thing as a bad CANC (see lexicon), just bad #fartsacks. YHC recommends snow shovel burpees. Slide shovel, execute burpee, dump shovel, repeat.
