Lets demand BMTC AC/Non AC buses from Varthur,Gunjur Balagere area to ORR Bellandur.
It will work like feeder bus service to ORR, and reduce private cars/cabs traffic from road.
Let's raise this demand together.
3/n
Thank you so much
@pragathishett25@News18Kannada
and team, you did great work, you actually highlighted all the issues which we are facing in Panathur-Balegere-Gunjur for last 19 years. While infra proposed in RMP 2015 is not completed what is the point in drafting RMP 2030 or RMP 2041 ? There is serious lack of vision from UDD . Thats why we demand Metropolitan Planning Committee as per 74th Amendment and GBA elections. Both are not happening putting the city into severe scar.
So for last 19th years funds were never allocated for this project ?? This is why we need TAX PAYERS BOARD AND TAX MONEY TRACKING DASH BOARD
@MALimbavali Please publish the report you have submitted to @krishnabgowda
sir . I am curious to see the research done from MLA team and learn from them
Questions to @MALimbavali
1. Why it was not taken to State Govt when forest department rejected Anekal land ?
2. This road is part of RMP 2015 which was released in 2007, since that day what are the steps taken by MLA team regarding building this road
3. For ROB via duct construction forest land is not needed, 2 times tender was called to prepare DPR, till now DPR itself is not started. what is your role here to get this going ? Please publish any representations submitted
4. on this stretch crematorium should also be cleared, what is the action towards this from MLA team ?
5. We have 2 temples on this stretch , what are the actions you are going to take to relocate these temples ?
6. There is court case for few survey numbers which also comes in this path, how will you resolve this issue ?
@osd_cmkarnataka@DKShivakumar@rajahulideepu11@RLR_BTM@BECCUPDATES@gkcs_
what is the timeline set for the forest department for acquiring a piece in Belthangadi ? Can you publish the survey number what is been proposed in Belthangady ? When can GBA engineers begin work on survey number 52 and 53 which is now a panathur tree park

Fix Varthur Stretch in 15 day
Mr. Ravi Menon, Mr. Jagadish Nangineni and the leadership at @SobhaLtd, this needs your attention.
This is the road outside Sobha Sentosa, Varthur, Bengaluru.
Forget aesthetics. This is now about basic safety.
There are potholes across the stretch, and worse, a makeshift speed breaker has iron rods protruding out of the road.
Every day, two-wheelers, cyclists, children, elderly residents and families use this road.
Why should we wait for someone to fall, get injured or for something more serious to happen before action is taken?
SOBHA has built its reputation around quality. Residents should reasonably expect that same sense of responsibility around the communities it develops.
If this stretch is under @SobhaLtd, please fix it urgently. If it falls under the civic authority, please take ownership of coordinating with them instead of allowing the problem to remain unresolved.
Requesting the concerned Mahadevapura/Varthur authorities, @GBA_office, @BECCUPDATES, @blrcitytraffic, @varthurps@bbmpcommr and @BlrCityPolice to also intervene.
Someone needs to own this. And it needs to be fixed before an accident, not after one.
Requesting Bengaluru media to also highlight this before someone gets hurt:

📌LETS DECODE HISTORY MYSTERY OF GUNJUR-NEWHORIZON CDP ROAD
I have put up detailed video decoding CDP road delays through my case study. Please revert back to me incase if any data is wrong .
I was supposed to do this in march, was waiting to get some more clarity but however got few more things going by meeting commissioners which I have shared in the video.
The only hope now we have is on GBA commisioner Maheshwar rao sir and BECCC Commisioner Ramesh sir, both are progressive, both have heard us multiple times, both have visited our roads multiple times. We have not seen such involvement from any previous IAS officers.
I have attached the report which I got couple of months back as response for my case,
I had shared that report with one of the media folks couple of months back and was surprised to see them published unasked.
Attached public consultation meeting. It’s in public consultation I mentioned that there are 4 to 5 big ticket items that needs to be addressed referring to the report while they work on land acquisition process. I will monitor the progress and may take the next action. If you would like to volunteer, contribute in any ways you can write to me on [email protected]

KEY REASON FOR SARJAPUR ROAD CONGESTION
Attached, CDP2015 map of Kaikondrahalli, Haralur, Sarjapur road section. In just 0.5 sqkm radius of Kaikondrahalli, all below infrastructure is missing. All street grids involving below key roads are non existent -
Kasavanahalli - 60 feet
Haralur - 80 feet
Sarjapur Road - 150 feet
Wipro-Ecoworld - 50 feet
Kaikondrahalli-Ecoworld - 50 feet
Hitech corridor (dropped) - 180 feet
All commercials, apartments are approved as per this plan. Can someone guess how much of our road and mobility infra is as per this plan ?
ZERO!
Nobody writes or talks about this in press or media. More than 60kms of roadways in near vicinity is missing or not CDP compliant ! You cant even see the S-Turn of Kaikondrahalli that we got today. Its decades of neglect and no vision from all those who ruled which continues.

One more NO number plate Tanker..
100s of such tankers allowed to operate by Whitefield traffic police? Why Not seizing?
Just stand for 1 hr, and you will notice 1-2 such tankers.
@wftrps@CPBlr@dcpwhitefield@acpwfieldtrf@acpwhitefield we saw one accident 2 days ago.
PLS ACT
I genuinely want to understand who is responsible here.
The department whose job is to give us decent and safe roads?
The authority that issues driving licences and ensures people driving these huge tankers are actually fit to drive them?
The authority that allows these tankers to run on our roads and is supposed to ensure that the vehicle, registration and number plate are all compliant?
This is around Varthur CDP Road. Just see the condition of the road and the way these tankers move around people on two-wheelers.
At the end of all this, it is the common man who suffers.
We pay income tax, GST, road tax, registration charges and so much more. Asking for a decent road and basic safety is surely not asking for too much.
Do we really need to wait for someone to lose their life before action is taken?
Who is accountable?

These videos are circulating across various groups and are not recorded or verified by me. I am sharing them only because, after seeing them, I felt there are some genuine questions around road safety, enforcement and accountability that need to be asked.
Check @blrcitytraffic@wftrps Victim might have lodged complaint but how do you justify fact that heavy vehicles are flying during peak hour and that too without number plates ?
@krishnabgowda this is #Brandbengaluru ‘s #IThub and seen frequently
A person closed the road connecting croma road and panathur road saying this is not road.. forcing everyone to take main road. Common scenes of #Mahadevpura#IThub
@osd_cmkarnataka@krishnabgowda@DKShivakumar@CMofKarnataka sir when will you pass proper karnataka apartment bill 2026? why do you do public consultation when you don't consider any inputs ?
Please listen to our struggles, and hope we will see the revamped bill including all the inputs given by @KA_HomeBuyers@BAFBLR
I welcome the Karnataka Apartment (Ownership & Management) Bill, 2026. Replacing the outdated apartment laws is a long-overdue reform that I have consistently advocated.
However, the Bill must complement and strengthen RERA, not create a parallel framework. The biggest challenge facing lakhs of apartment owners in Karnataka is not the absence of laws, but the failure to enforce Section 17 of RERA, particularly the timely conveyance of common areas and accountable apartment governance.
Based on extensive interactions with homebuyers and RWAs, I have submitted detailed recommendations to ensure time-bound conveyance, stronger enforcement, transparent apartment governance, and better protection for apartment owners.
Karnataka deserves a law that empowers homebuyers, strengthens the rights guaranteed under the Central Government's RERA, 2016, and delivers accountable apartment governance - not just another statute.
