होय, राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षा पॅटर्न हा वर्णनात्मकच. (Descriptive) कायम ठेवावा. राज्याचे प्रशासन गलितगात्र न करता ते सुदृढ ठेवण्याची राज्यकर्त्यांची इच्छा असेल तर डिस्क्रिप्टिव पॅटर्न ठेवावा. राज्यकर्ते जर या राज्याच्या मुळावर उठलेले असतील तर मग काळेकुट्ट भविष्याकडे वाटचाल सुरू होवू शकते.
