@bridgemindai I can't get Fable 5 to work on anything without defaulting to Opus 4.8. The guard rails for scientific applications and research are too restrictive. When I do get Fable to work, the code is riddled with edge cases and issues. Sticking with 5.6 for real work.
Congratulations to Jack Robbins (@jsnibbor), an MD-PhD student & Rimm Lab member @YaleMed, on being selected for an @Pathologists Distinguished Medical Student Award, recognizing his excellence, leadership & curiosity. Here’s Robbins, left, w/ David Rimm, MD, PhD https://t.co/J1AEfzxG6H
.@jsnibbor shares how the use of spatial transcriptomics reveals response vs resistance to T-DXd in metastatic #breastcancer#MBC. Responders show stronger hormone & cell-adhesion signals, while resistance is linked to protein breakdown & more suppressive tumor features. #AACR26 @yalepathology@yalepathology @AACR@SmilowCancer@OncoAlert@YaleBreast
Jack Robbins @jsnibbor shares new data from @yalepathology showing that HER2 measured by Troplex™ is linked to longer benefit from T-DXd, while higher TROP2 surprisingly predicts shorter response #SABCS25.
A key question ahead: can HER2 and TROP2 (amol/mm²) help guide treatment choice between T-DXd and SG?

@elonmusk What's the deal with excluding chemical energy sources to store solar energy, like hydrolysis->Hydrogen? If you can't make batteries that store the energy, make hydrogen and pipeline it to syngas plants.
Microetchings are handmade lithographs that manipulate light on a microscopic scale to control the reflectivity of metallic surfaces. The technique was invented by Greg Dunn & Brian Edwards to change the way in which the viewer experiences a painting https://t.co/Jeb7nDBbVs

Here is an animation showing a normal pancreatic tissue obtained using CODA, a method to produce 3D maps of large volumes of tissues and tumors.
From serially cut H&E sections to digital volumes, spanning cm to micron length scales.
