@geoffreykarren @rohindhar No idea. Apparently they had "neighborhood support" but the design changed dramatically when the project changed hands. The renderings look much more aligned with the surrounding area vs. the Marina Safeway project.

Plus the design is hideous and does not complement the existing neighborhood. Will be half vacant pied a terres for peninsula execs.

It will cost a fortune in any event with 3 beds 2 baths crammed into 1100 sqft. Large Victorians are far superior with timeless finish and details.

@mattmondanile @vulkantpot Pure Aero 98 - so yes roughly that one. They have changed slightly over the years but are an easy to handle mid weight racket with amazing spin. It was Nadal's racket. The other Babolat's are good too but this one is the best
