Gigantic Task Ahead!

Media mogul and Caretaker CM Punjab @MohsinnaqviC42 will surefire be elected Chairman PCB unopposed today, two days before General Elections in Pakistan.
He is one of the two nominees of CPM @anwaar_kakar on PCB BoG.
Top jurist and ASC @MustafaRamday is the other nominee of the then PM @CMShehbaz on BoG.
Composed by PCB EC @ShahKhawar64, the new BoG will comprise four reps each from regions and first class departments plus non-voting Secretary IPC.
While the survival of Chairman PCB depends on the will and pleasure of the PM, it is to be seen how swiftly @MohsinnaqviC42 will put PCB house in order by removing deadwood and all political appointees or those appointed by Zaka Ashraf in violation of his mandate, directives of PM @anwaar_kakar and IPC Ministry headed by able leader @fawadhasanpk.
@MohsinnaqviC42 faces a gigantic task to revamp Pak team management, putting Pakistan team on winning ways by multiple actions including merit-based selection and appointing captains who are performers.
People are hoping that @MohsinnaqviC42 would introduce new corporate culture in PCB to generate more revenue and reduce wasteful expenditures, making PSL-9 a great success with Rs 250 million opening ceremony at Lahore, restructuring dim and totally politicized domestic cricket damaged and harmed by officials like Nadim Khan and Junaid Zia as self-proclaimed destroyers, giving independence to elected associations and weeding out curse of rigging elections and culture of spurious scrutiny of clubs by Zaka's touts Arbab Altaf, bringing efficient manpower and effective administration which delivers and investing more on cricketers, cricket operations and building state of the art cricket infrastructure.
There needs a vibrant, potent cricket diplomacy and starting the new beginning with a clean slate and finally keeping 'FIXERS' away from the sport of cricket.

PSL-9 At Stake

Pakistan cricket's biggest brand, PSL-9, is around the corner and there are ZERO preparations at Pindi Stadium Rawalpindi where 9 matches are scheduled to play in March this year.
Politicalky-aopointed and one of Zaka Ashraf's boot polishers, touts and sycophants Yaqoob Rai, manager PCS, has done no preparstiion awaiting for a disaster in the PSL.
A recent visit of high-powered PCB delegation led by Director PSL Sohaib Shaikh, highly efficient ticketing head Mehvish Omar, Sr Manager Marketing Salman Masood to PCS expressed it's dismay and spitted rage over the existing state of PCS. They also scolded Rai Yaqoob.
Rai Yaqoob's only interest is to get hold of around 50,000 passes of VVIP, VIP, Chairman's Box, Premium, Patron's Enclosure, employees, dist admin and all allied departts of Pindi, Islamabad plus for elected regional and district associations etc.
Rai Yaqoob, a former ZTBL low ranked unionist, was hired by Zaka for hefty salary only to create grouping, and do negative politics in Rawalpindi and Islamabad cricket by purchasing or threatening various elements.
Rai Yaqoob is still doing the same destroying cricket of the twin cities.
Rai Yaqoob has no experience of stadium admin or cricket management. Already, he played havoc during first class QeAT matches this year.
Minister IPC @fawadhasanpk, Acting Chairman PCB @ShahKhawar64 and PCB's smart COO @salnaseer, now in Bali - Paradise on Earth - in connection with ACC meeting, must take action to remove Rai Yaqoob from PCS and PCB.
It's a PSL brand at stake and Zaka's agent like Rai Yaqoob would ensure failure of the PSL.
We all are duty bound to honestly safeguard PSL be those working in PCB and outsiders.

Pakistan's most celebrated and glorified club cricket organizer, ex-First Class cricketer Tahir Shah (Syed Hussain Tahir Shah), 68, currently suffering from cancer, paid great tributes to yours sincerely @shakilsh58 along with PCB MC member Zulfi the Tiger (MB) Zulfiqar Malik and President RCA Lahore Kh Nadim Ahmed for their humble contribution, understanding, organizational skill, passion, devotion, love and outstanding voluntarily services for cricket in their respective areas as well as Pakistan.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Tahir Shah, who played for Punjab University, has been President Shaheen Cricket Club Lahore since 1978 along with his association with Services Industries.
Apart from helping and producing several dozens Pakistan, first class or top class cricketers, Tahir Shah's name should be in Cricketers' Almanack for giving ex-Captain Pakistan team @captainmisbahpk to world cricket.
Club cricket organizers like Tahir Shah are backbone of Pakistan cricket and they deserve to be decorated with highest national award for outstanding voluntary services for the sport of cricket.

کرکٹ کا جنازہ ہے ، ذرا دھوم سے نکلے : پاکستان میں کرکٹ کی تباہی کا سلسلہ تو جاری ہے جسکی بنیادی وجہ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کے مسائل ہیں ۔ تازہ خبر یہ ہے کہ PCB سے مبینہ کرپشن کی سزا پانے والےعامر نواب کو سابق چیرمین PCB ذکا اشرف اورمحہودخاکوانی نے متنازعہ انداز میں ایبٹ اباد ریجن کا صدر بنوایا اس کاروائی کے خلاف صدر کے امیدوار افضال اکبر نے PCB کے ایجوکیٹر کو ایک لاکھ فیس کے ساتھ اپیل جمع کروائی لیکن اس کو سنا ہی نہ گیا اب متنازعہ عامر نواب کو PCB بورڈ اف گورنرزمیں لانے کی تیاری ہے یہ وہ عمل ہے جو بعد میں چیرمین پی سی بی کے انتخاب کو غیر قانونی بنا دے گا کیونکہ کوئی بھی اسےعدالت میں چیلنج کرئے گا اور یوں چیرمین کا الیکشن بھی متنازعہ ہو جائے گا۔ دیکھیں پیٹرن PCB کیا کرتے ہیں؟

Exposing Lies!

On eve of his ouster from PCB, disgraced Zaka Ashraf tried to stick mud on @shakilsh58.
He forced his cowardly and fearful officials to prepare a fake, ex parte report against @shakilsh58. But this was defeated 7/2 by MC members.
From misrule of Ehsan Mani to Zulm Ki Dastan unleashed by Zaka on fighting @shakilsh58, his family, friends, club and association etc. It has only strengthened his resolve which would continue under the leadership of @najamsethi unabated.
Zaka begged, directly and indirectly, many times to win over @shakilsh58 by all tactics, carrot or stick, failed in his mission. Zaka ultimately left PCB in shame and disgrace as he along with all are served legal notices.

> To immediately tender unqualified apology and pay a sum of Rs 100,000,000/- Rs 10 Crores) each as damages etc.; and
> will commence litigation and file serious criminal charges in case of failure on their part to immediately withdraw the proceedings, findings and recommendations of the inquiry etc.

Stand Exonerated!

PCB instituted suit/case on frivolous grounds against Diamond Cricket Club & Shakil Shaikh etc. during Ehsan Mani's tenure in October 2020, this Suit proceeded for around 4 years. However, PCB remained unsuccessful in substantiating its case against DCC, Shaki Shaikh and others.
This matter was investigated internally within PCB which finds that the case of the PCB is frivolous and baseless and also the Civil Court of Islamabad dismissed the case of the PCB at time when Zaka Ashraf was the head of PCB Management Committee. Shakil Shaikh and others have already been 'EXONERATED' from all baseless allegations not only by the PCB internal inquiry conducted by two high profile directors but also by the Civil Court of Islamabad in July 2023. Till date PCB have not challenged the decision of Court.
Now, a politically motivated inquiry under Zaka Ashraf was initiated in PCB on same allegations, issues and similar subject matters wherein ex parte proceedings were conducted without hearing Shakil Shaikh & others. It is averred that as per the law of the land and the Principle of “Res-Judicata” the matter/case once decided by a court of law cannot be reopened/re-adjudicated, hence, the present inquiry by it self is illegal and void ab initio.
Furthermore, the inquiry and its findings tantamount to “double jeopardy” which provides that a person cannot suffered twice for the same cause/matter.
Neither copy of the alleged complaint filed by a PCB-certified corrupt Amir Nawab and one Junaid Akhtar nor any other documents or authority or legality of this inquiry was given to the defendents. This ex-parte inquiry was conducted despite the fact that PCB case has been dismissed and Diamond CC, Shakil Shaikh and other defendants have been 'EXONERATED' by the Civil Court, Islamabad.
PCB can neither ban nor take any action against defendents but some elements, obviously in committing contempt of court, conducted ex parte inquiry on frivolous complaint and are running baseless, unfounded malicious campaign against us.
We reserve our legal rights to take appropriate legal action in due course against those involved in this frivolous complaint, ex parte fake and politically-motivated inquiry, their group leader/handlers and those running malicious and mendacious propaganda/media campaign against the defendents.

End Game!

The IPC Secretary's letter dated 15 January, 2024 addressed to Zaka has abundantly made it clear that undergraduate and ineligible Zaka and MC have no powers to compose PCB BoGs.
It has cleared the mist as to who will compose BOGs by mentioning decision of the PM/Patron PCB @anwaar_kakar and recent judgement of LHC.
Rumour mongering and dissemination of downright lies aside, Zaka and his PCB touts have continuously misguiding journos and media on the question who is empowered to compose BoGs.
Zaka, who is playing a losing battle with deliberately polluting and politicizing sport of cricket, has done too much damage to cricket.
He better call it a day particularly when his political mentor Asif Zardari has also scolded him for breaking his trust.

Zaka's T10 Proposal Slammed

Zaka's proposed plan to hold T10 League and exhibition T10 matches later this month with 2nd Div @Middlesex_CCC met a stunning defeat.
Shooting down Zaka's proposed T10 plans by IPC Ministry on merit, it has been conveyed to PCB's Gang-of-5 that MC has no mandate to undertake new ventures like T10 or make high profile appointments.
IPC Ministry has also refused to accord approval for any unnecessary exuberant expenditure except operational matters of PSL-9.
PCB MC was told to confine itself to only day-to-day affairs and no high profile hiring.
PCB's request to appoint Director Pakistan Team @MHafeez22 on long term contract on hefty salary, perks etc is also disapproved. Hafeez is pressing hard to get him long term contract with around Rs 10 million (all inclusive) per month. Now, will @MHafeez22 step down?
PCB delegation led by COO was instructed not to take long term decisions, ventures, projects etc. as that will be the right of the elected PCB BoGs to do so.
Zaka made two attempts to get Ministry's nod on T10 and other costly projects - one by himself and another on Monday by sending high-profile PCB delegation. Both met stunning failures.
