The @AFLCIO Staff Guild has voted 85% to ratify a TA reached shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday.
This contract includes 13.25% raises over 4 years, a cost-neutral solution to protect our pensions and more. When we fight, we win!

RFJ staff overwhelmingly voted in favor of a union at 92.8% of unchallenged votes! Management tried to challenge 4 of the 18 votes, but we had so many votes in favor the challenges did not matter.
