Zwei Dinge stechen raus.
Every $BTC cycle bottom has happened 15% below its Long-Term Holder Realized Price.
Right now, it's sitting around $40,300.
A 15% dip means Bitcoin will bottom around $34,500.
I don't personally think we could go this low.
Important: One of the most significant Bitcoin charts you have most likely never seen!
Notice how many times Bitcoin has found support at this estimated cost of production red line.
The line currently sits at $67,000.
This is not just on-chain data—this is a cost of production model for Bitcoin, which is a commodity, and commodities almost never trade below their cost of production.
Shout out to (@)paulewaulpaul for creating this chart.
Make sure you give him a follow; he does unique and great work.
The last time Bitcoin had 5 consecutive down months it bottomed. 58% drawdown during that period, this time we are at about 50%. The candles look bigger and are scarier but percentage wise very similar.
#Bitcoin Be careful out there
Oversold RSI ≠ bottom.
Real bottoms take time:
structure, divergence, absorption.
Waiting for confirmation > catching a falling knife.
This paper took me 47 pages of research to compress into 4. The signal is clear.
The last time gold moved like this, BTC followed with a 500% gain. I wrote the math.

Quantum computing is one of the few pieces of Bitcoin FUD that deserves to be taken very seriously.
The good news: most BTC is already safe if you follow basic wallet hygiene.
The harder questions:
- How much supply is genuinely vulnerable?
- What happens to lost coins?
- Do we burn them, rate-limit them, or let the jungle decide?
@_Checkmatey_ laid out the risks, the numbers, and a pragmatic path forward in this newsletter piece from last week👇
