If you see things like this once, you can bet that its pervasive throughout our life.
Who controls prices?
Businesses do. Duh.
It's the soldiers and generals of free enterprise that determine the cost of living.
SHOULD it be that way?
One of the last cases we filed charged that Pepsi schemed with Walmart to hike prices at the grocery store and punish retailers that wanted to offer people dealing with inflation a better price.
This new @FTC nixed the case and tried to hide the allegations.
Grateful to @ilsr for getting the complaint unsealed and shedding light on this key issue.
As a South Carolina native, I can think of no more fitting tribute to Lindsey Graham's legacy of service to our state and our nation than seeing his beloved sister carry it forward.
Darline has always been at her brother’s side and I know she will be an outstanding interim Senator. The U.S. Treasury will do everything possible to support her and her staff as they work on the President’s agenda and continue to provide strong constituent services for the great people of South Carolina.
@RepJoshG You are a reprehensible person. It's insane that you also have a homo sapien brain like everyone else and behave this way. Only an obsessive love of power alone will do this to the human mind. A shame. A tragedy. Jesus fucking Christ.
@MemeOfSteel_ I wish that right wing men had access to health care and worked less and realized they were very gay all along and then stopped doing this shit

⭕️ Twenty-year-old manosphere influencer Braden Peters, better known as Clavicular, spent the weekend partying in Tel Aviv, where Israel’s Channel 13 filmed him at a nightclub with Topaz Luk, a senior media adviser to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Haaretz.
Throughout the trip, Peters was closely accompanied by a young Israeli woman with whom he repeatedly displayed physical affection. In a viral livestream clip, she claimed she had login access to the Israeli military’s official TikTok account, raising questions about who facilitated his visit and how closely it was connected to Israel’s official media operation.
Asked by The Free Press on livestream who paid for his trip, Peters deflected, saying, “You don’t want to ask that question,” and claiming the financial backing was “confidential.”
Netanyahu’s adviser said the meeting with the Gen Z streamer occurred “by coincidence.” The Times of Israel also reported speculation that Netanyahu met Peters and could appear on his channel. Peters was filmed in January singing Kanye West’s “Heil Hitler” alongside white supremacist Nick Fuentes. He later said, “I am not sorry… I would do it again.”
To me, the most significant aspect of Lindsey Graham's hawkish legacy is that, in some key areas, it's shared across the aisle. And not just among establishment Democrats.
Graham was a fervent cheerleader for the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, even bragging about how US arms ensured a "fight to the last person." Bernie Sanders, and virtually all other Congressional progressives, consistently voted to fund the weapons in that fight.
There are other examples -- Iran, Libya, Syria, Venezuela -- where liberals and even some progressives have lent support to the regime change campaigns and crippling sanctions that Graham advocated.
We all saw what Graham's worldview meant for the people of Gaza, where he called on Israel to "level the place."
Perhaps his passing can spark some reflection on whether progressives who share his agenda in other places wish to continue carrying forward his legacy.
