According to Article 19(1) of the Constitution, the right to freedom of speech and expression is a fundamental right for all citizens. However, the honourable AP state police department (@APPOLICE100) claims that we do not have such a right. They are warning that " Strict action will be taken if you exercise your right to speak or express facts ". This is indeed an infringement on citizens' freedom.

In an unprecedented manner, during the tenure of the TDP coalition government, the state police department has been interfering in politics. They are threatening to file cases for posting content on social media that is based on the very documents released by the government, saying it is wrong. On the other hand, they are filing false cases against YSR Congress Party leaders and workers,yet they are not even accepting complaints, despite evidence, about the attacks and violent actions carried out by leaders of the ruling party.
