If so it could indicate that it could be beneficial to add a component to treasuries that make them more attractive, right? maybe a hybrid where just part of the not were convertible to btc?

@bezantdenier @arabella8993 Serious question. Do you believe btc will be at 70k in 5 years? If so sure MSTR is not for you. But I believe the premise for people buying MSTR is that btc will be much higher than 70k in 5 years. However don't even think 1m is required for MSTR to be profitable.

However apart from that you get a "free" chance to convert your bonds if btc and MSTR goes up in value by some percentage within the next 5 years. How is this beyond stupid?

@mandrews76 @willywoo @BenJustman I believe it means they buy the btc etf but at the same time they short on the futures. The two positions now even each other out when the price move up or down. However they earn some money in interest on the futures market as long as the funding rate is in their favor...
