An emotional episode of #CallTheMidwife tonight 😢 Teenage parents having their baby taken for adoption. Feel so blessed that we were supported to experience parenthood at 16 to a now 28 year old daughter who herself has just become a mum 💕

Spent a lot of this week contemplating the future plans for my career but been distracted by the arrival of my beautiful granddaughter Luna. Being mama to 2 babies in 7 months is definitely influencing what is important in life 💕💙😍

True child led learning today in F1 - I pointed to and asked a child to sit on the ‘igloo’ square on the carpet. Another child said “what’s an igloo?”. We looked at pictures, watched a video of how they are made and discussed weather, clothing and animals in cold countries!

Thank you to @NHSuk without which I wouldn’t have my husband and our daughters wouldn’t have their dad! 15 years ago today they saved his life when his bowel ruptured unexpectedly. Since then 3 major ops and ongoing hospital stays - forever grateful #NHS #colorectalsurgery
