The Cabinet has very kindly approved the recommendations of the Search Committee for vice chancellors of public sector Univerieties.
The approved names will be submitted n coming days to the Hon'ble Governor for his approval.

@MajidBuhair @dpr_gob Even many orders have not been issued by the signatures of SO but by clerk which is illegal. Non of the the proposal grade 19 and 20 has been approved by the competent authority

@MajidBuhair @dpr_gob Rationalized posting of teaching staff in colleges is proposed by directorate which goes through the channel of SO-DS-AS and finally approved by secretary. But recent wave of transfers were just ordered by secretary through WhatsApp to SO and issued. It proves to be irrational.

@MajidBuhair @cs_balochistan Please focus on about 1000 vacant posts out of total 3700 by expediting the already delayed promotion cases and appointment through BPSC. In this condition if teachers are transferred to periphery Quetta will face acute shortage where 50% students are enrolled.

If posts in colleges of periphery are filled, colleges of Quetta will become empty of teaching staff where 50% of the students are enrolled. Please focus on timely promotions and rapid appointments through BPSC as will as repat.

@MajidBuhair This is not rationalization but revenge of my critical tweet. I know services of the transferred associate professor are more required in GGPC Qta Cantt than GGDC Pushing. No tribal person take revenge from ladies

@MajidBuhair It is responsibility of the department to sort out overstayed persons gone on study leave or deputation they must be pin pointed and brought back but I have not observed any action against such absconders during my 32 years of service
