Through struggle and discipline, persistence and faith, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. helped move this country forward. As we honor his legacy today, let’s remember the lesson he taught us: that even in the face of impossible odds, people who love this country can help change it. In honor of #MLKDay, I hope you’ll do what you can in your community to create a better future for us all.
At ATL airport going on 3 hours standing in line to speak with a @Delta agent about rebooking after my flight was cancelled.
There are hundreds of people waiting and only a handful of agents.
Do better @Delta. A bottle of water and a granola bar doesn’t compensate for this.

Today, as we commemorate the 85th anniversary of Lou Gehrig’s legendary “Luckiest Man” speech, we are honored to be joined by some of the most dedicated and inspiring local organizations in the fight against ALS: @ALSofGNY, @ALS_RideForLife, @HerALSStory, @iamalsorg, and Quinn for the Win.
To help “Strike Out ALS” please text “ALS” to 44321.
Q: If the people in the payment downline get so excited over every "novel" new drug that supppsedly slows #ALS (death) by 34%, 68%, or "5 or 6 months" (with little to zero anecdotal evidence), why was the only drug in #ALS history denied when it slowed #ALS progression by 125% in some- with plenty of anecdotal evidence of visible function and life preservation? Would it have anything to do with sponsorships, photo-ops, or other interesting business relationships? #ENDALS
These days I often find myself crying when I think about my daughters. I am sad that I cannot do what other fathers do and I cry happy tears because I am lucky to still be here with them. I carry both emotions in my heart and it shapes who I am.
Good night moon.
For the past six years, Sandra and I have advocated nonstop. We do so because people living with ALS right now deserve the chance to be a part of the first generation to survive ALS.
Not today, ALS. Not today.

My sister @CeciCrow is living with this horrific disease and is dying waiting for a treatment to be approved and released. #endALS#NurownNOW#ALSwarrior
As ALS progresses and you can't move or speak, your life is largely spent alone inside your head.
This loneliness is brutal. I hope that nobody else has to experience the EXTREME suffering of ALS. #EndALS
This is me. I am a 42 year old father and husband living with a currently fatal disease, ALS.
I tweet about ALS, advocacy, changing the world and my life. My tweets have been called inspiring and raw.
I dare you to follow me. You won’t regret it.
My sister @CeciCrow is #1IN400 and fighting for her life.
I hate that this disease exists. I hate that our family knows what it is. But now that we do, we’re charged with raising awareness so that others can be spared the horror of this cruel disease.
#ALSAwarenessMonth
My sister @CeciCrow is dying waiting for access to #NUROWN. We urge @FDACBER to accelerate approval & access NOW. #ALS is a 100% fatal diagnosis -no cure. no treatments. #pALS like my sis research meds & experimental treatments praying something works to slow progression.
