@Cryptonomicon99 First I'd make sure you're getting around 10-12K steps walking and then sure if you want a bit of a boost to your movement some sprinting or low/medium intensity cardio could help. Obviously nutrition drives fat loss predominantly.
Building muscle is the key to sustainable fat loss & longevity. More muscle = better glucose uptake, faster metabolism & easier fat-burning.
Tune in to my convo with Philip Pape of @witsandweights to learn why lifting should be your #1 priority for body composition & energy.

@BakerBarbell And in reality most people trying to drop some fat need to peg the protein high to hold onto muscle and don’t have massive metabolisms, so the numbers lead to lower carbs when dieting. And high-fiber carbs like fruit, oats, and such can keep people full too.
@BakerBarbell Very much like a cult. I used to do fasting in my CrossFit days. It took (1) lifting for strength where I had to eat + (2) some serious rational thinking and self-experimentation (like NOT training fasted) to realize nutrition is highly personalized and hinges on sustainability.
