The heinous sexual violence committed by Hamas on October 7 and since cannot be forgotten. Rape and sexual violence must never be used as a weapon. #bringthemhome

Today, the International Labour Conference @ilo addressed the labor rights in Gaza without addressing #Hamas terrorism. This is futile and absurd.

For 17 years, the terrorist organization Hamas has controlled #Gaza, redirecting resources and aid meant for the Palestinian people to fuel their machinery of destruction.

The Palestinian Authority has also blatantly diverted the funds aimes at Palestinian workers to finance terrorists and their families instead, through their 'pay-for-slay' policy.

Prior to the October 7 massacre, there was a noticeable increase in the income of Gazans working in Israel. But Hamas targeted and destroyed the very crossings that facilitated the entrance of thousands of Gazans into Israel —a calculated move by Hamas to obliterate the economic lifeline for many Palestinians.

It is imperative that the ILC address THIS reality.

A @WHO decision on Gaza that does not demand the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages – is an unforgivable moral failure.

A decision that does not also condemn the militarization of health facilities by Hamas terrorists in Gaza has no intention of improving the health conditions on the ground.

If this decision was indeed about health, it would address these issues.

But since 1968, the Palestinian and Syrian delegations have used the #WHA to attack Israel and to absolve the Palestinian Authority of its responsibility for governance.

This decision has never been about health.
