Our review+perspective paper on "Current and future directions in network biology" is online (https://t.co/CbgF5Wir5Z). This has been a Herculean effort by many co-authors, thank you all! Special thanks to @marinkazitnik, @_michellemli, @aydin_wells, and all section coordinators.
Excited to give a talk at @iscb#ISMB2022 conference @MlcsbC COSI tomorrow at 11:45am!
SUPREME: a cancer subtype prediction methodology integrating multiomics data using Graph Convolutional Neural Network
Also come & visit my poster today (W-071)! @marinkazitnik@CataVallejosM
Z Kesimoglu (in the lab of @bozdags) at @ACM_BCB gives a nice overview of how GNNs can be used to integrate many types of genomic data for cancer subtype prediction. Basically, you build a GNN for each genomic feature & then concatenate the embeddings.
