Replant decisions in soybean are being made this week. In Wisconsin our threshold to replant is 50,000 plants per acre. Below that just spot in the thin areas. Above that have a solid weed management plan but no need to fill in. @SoybeanScience1 . https://t.co/UyNvPHoHYb
Cereal rye cover crops provide Wisconsin farmers with many benefits from improved soil health to management of troublesome weeds. In a super El Niño year, however water reserves during seed fill may be a concern. Our research funded by @WISoyCheckoff will help sort this out.
