SwarmOS enables a single operator to command a heterogeneous team of unmanned systems from multiple manufacturers simultaneously, with no dependence on centralized communications infrastructure. It runs on edge hardware in denied and degraded environments. The Army picked it competitively.
Gremlin-X is a reusable but attritable Group 2 strike UAS. The airframe comes back. Recurring cost per strike is driven by the munition, not the platform, a structurally different economics model from traditional loitering munitions.
Both systems will be demonstrated across multiple @4thInfDiv (4ID) exercises in Colorado and California, integrated with ATAK, the Army's deployed command and control interface, evaluated directly against 4ID Reconnaissance and Target Acquisition mission requirements.

FCF +55% YoY to $1.2M - now up 10% YTD.
Core business is working:
Subscription rev +32% YoY. Active subs hit ~1.3M, up 41%. Nine straight quarters of sub growth.
ARPMAU $0.119, up 21%. Zedge Premium GTV +17%.
All signals that Zedge is monetizing more effectively by targeting higher value users.
Ad revenue down but the composition needs a closer look, as Emojipedia was the culprit (this business is in harvest mode and provides huge margins). Zedge Marketplace ad rev essentially flat YoY, which is actually resilient given prior year had a $450K one-time partner bonus that didn't repeat. Effectively, without this bonus, ad revenue would have been up and total company revenue growth would have increased by another >9%.

So this is a company I haven't talked about much as it is pre-revenue and the lithium market was dead until about 6 months ago.
Not FA. I'm long $IBATF and they are a client. It is essentially a call option on their technology be adopted, and they are late in the process with two active opportunities, one through their partner in the Middle East and one in the Smackover formation in the U.S. (the latter of which has both independent resource owners and large IOCs with land that are evaluating lithium extraction projects).
They have a Direct Lithium Extraction technology and process that is considered to be among the best, if not the best out there. See the release below.
So why now:
Lithium Carbonate prices have nearly tripled from a low of ~$8k to nearly $24k. This has made lithium projects in the U.S. economically viable and has significantly accelerated project development activity by lithium resource owners, as evidenced by the sheer number of brine resources IBAT is testing.
IBAT is one of the few domestic companies that can say is fully-American content. Most get their media from China or elsewhere.
IBAT is one of the few companies to have deployed a commercial plant at scale in the U.S. As I said, they are also looking at opportunities in the Middle East, as well as S. America
Strong management team with success in related, publicly traded businesses.
