@HiveHelper trying to order multipacks of bulbs on the website. Want 12. Ordering 2 x 6 multipack. Website changes it to 1x10 and 2x1 unite and costs more than the 6 piece multipacks. Urgh. So I get charged more for buying more. Ridic.
@HiveHelper is there any one handling tweets today? Most frustrated and disappointed with what used to be quite good customer service. MYbe you’re all on strike?

@clarkjp_john@HiveHelper Hive have no idea about customer service. Haven't resolved my issues since October 2019. Wouldn't waste your time. You will get no where. They aren't interested, don't reply to emails, take days to reply if at all to tweets. Complete disregard for customers.
@HiveHelper I’ve emailed your complaints team 6 days ago still no reply? I can’t use my Hive due to the faulty 360 hubs USB port breaking🙈, can I get a response to when I will be contacted??
@HiveHelper hi. Just tried to use hive on my phone but it’s asked me to register my hub. When I put the number of my hub in, it says not recognised and to web chat. Web chat is down.
I can control with thermostat, nothing else.
@HiveHelper Can you remove an "offline" Hue Hub from my Hive account? Had issues for weeks where it's lost the link with my Hive - I believe a recent firmware update may fix this. As a side issue, what's happened to tech support (03332029614) and Live Chat? There's no-one there!
@HiveHelper ordered a new router over a week ago. Have a confirmation email but no text message from you. Tried your bot but it doesn’t recognise your order number and customer services but no response. You have taken money out of my account so please tell me where my order is
