Having two of my mentors in the same frame! 😊 @GlopesMd@DrRanaMcKay
Grateful for their guidance, support, and the opportunities they continue to create for so many trainees. #ASCO26
#ASCO26 Up next @FSkoulidis@UTMDAnderson presents #Krascendo170#Divarasib KRASG12C+IO combination ➡️in PDL1+ (n=59)
ORR 72.9%

👉🏽Here is a combination that may make a difference as a chemo-free option for high risk KRASG12C NSCLC w manageable toxicity @KRASKickers
The sexiest survival curve at #ASCO26 by far: updated 7-year PFS from the ITT population of #lorlatinib in the #CROWN trial for ALK+ #lungcancer, presented by @TonyMok9.
Longest duration of response yet seen with targeted therapy in #lungcancer: median PFS still not reached at 7 years.
55% vs 3% for crizotinib (HR 0.19).
➡️ looking forward to see what the next generation of ALK inhibitors will bring in terms of efficacy and improved toxicity profile

Dr. @FSkoulidis presents randomized phase 2b TRITON study at #ASCO26: chemo + durvalumab + tremelimumab vs chemo + pembro in non-squamous NSCLC with STK11, KEAP1, and/or KRAS mutations. RR numerically favors dual checkpoint in the challenging STK11 and KRAS subsets. PFS pending.
Beautiful, moving remarks and call to action from Dr. Eric Small @ASCOPres. To all we have lost, family members and patients, we love you, we miss you, and it is our deepest privilege to honor your memory in the present.
TALAPRO-3: In HRR mHSPC, talazoparib+enzalutamide+ADT significantly improved rPFS vs enza+ADT (HR 0.48), 3yrPFS rates of 77% vs 56%. Greatest benefit in BRCA1/2 (HR 0.37) but also extended to non-BRCA HRR. Immature OS. Higher hematologic toxicity, particularly anemia

1/2 ctDNA analysis (Signatera 16-plex and 64-plex) from KN564
Baseline ctDNA remained ⬇️(5.4% & 8.2%) yet ctDNA positivity consistently identified patients with worse DFS
ctDNA clearance was ⬆️with pembro & ctDNA dynamics correlated with DFS

Perioperative EV +pembo vs cystectomy (KN905) in MIBC shows great OS & pCR >50%. Quality of life data can be difficult to interpret due to multiple tools & different time points for analysis. Results did not show differences in the 2 arms at week 18 time point. Cystectomy had a more dramatic effect on QOL rather than EVP, but EVP will have both short term and long term side effects. While the methods used here are standard and well presented it feels there maybe a better way of assessing QOL. #ASCO26
I wish Felix were still here to see all the incredible advances at ASCO this year. I miss his irrepressible energy so much. Let us support @ConquerCancerFd with a CDA to extend his legacy. Link below 👇
