you know what’s better than founder-led marketing?
team-led marketing.
having the whole team of developers, designers, marketers, comms managers talk about the tech and why it matters.
the TW team has this in the pipeline,it works because;
-scales better that founder-led
-shows individual perspective
-community updates
best mindshare system.
even though the future is uncertain, without some degree of belief that things can improve, it's difficult to take the risks and persist through the setbacks that success demands.
success = optimism > pessimism
3 things people get wrong about running socials ↓
1. Good content doesn't need to mention the product
Not every post needs to mention the product. But every post should either reinforce a reason to want it, or build the audience that will eventually see the posts that do.
2. Content strategy = content calendar
A calendar organizes content. A strategy makes sure you're not consistently organizing the wrong content.
3. People follow because a post was good
People follow when they expect future posts to be valuable, not just because they liked one post.
What else would you add?
I'm not surprised that VCs in crypto seems to be concentrating funds around infrastructure that can support long-term demand
Infrastructure projects benefit from compatibility, which is why they often achieve some of the strongest product-market fit in crypto

Most people don't really want total freedom in their lives and businesses.
They want someone or something to blame when things go wrong.
100% freedom means accepting that everything is your fault, both good and bad, true or untrue.
For f*ck sake. Be optimistic. Be extreme. Be relentless. The world is waiting for you to raise the bar and finally go all in. Execute. Inspire. Show us what’s possible.

Why most KOL campaigns fail:
❌ Wrong KOLs with no real impact
❌ Focusing solely on one platform & one type of creator
❌ Running KOL campaigns without supporting marketing & growth strategies
❌ Project still too small to be able to create hype and interest
❌ Weak branding that instantly turns people away
Most successful campaigns today aren’t built around a few paid posts anymore.
They’re built around:
→ strong narratives
→ coordinated mindshare
→ community growth
→ repeated exposure across the ecosystem
First impressions matter more than ever in web3.
A few marketing roles in crypto beyond just shitposting/social media:
Growth marketing: user acquisition, onboarding, retention.
Content marketing: blogs, newsletters, SEO/GEO, educational resources.
KOL management: sourcing the right creators, handling negotiations, tracking deliverables.
PR/Comms: media relations, messaging, crisis communication. More common in larger companies.
Brand design: creating a recognizable visual identity across everything.
Community management: building actual relationships between the brand and its users while acting as one of the strongest feedback channels.
the thing I'm most excited about with @MinatiExchange listing $MNTC assets via CEX is that it gets rid of the "ins and outs" dynamic of token acquisition
every solid token deserves all-round distribution & better reach to retail users

A friend of mine just shilled @Stitch3_ai in my DMs... And it turns out it's free money, heh?
Basically, they are building a marketing layer (yes, InfoFi) where projects on @HyperliquidX pay HL writers to engage with their content.
Nah, there are no bots with botted engagement...
You sign up, you write a tweet, you get paid $100-$300, you buy more $HYPE.
Simple as that.

The strongest mind is the one most like water. It takes the shape of whatever holds it, moves as a trickle or a flood as the moment needs, and stays clear the whole time. Be like water.
