Great to join Dr. @slatercharles1 and the team at Hospital Samaritano for the first inHEART case in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Obrigado! 🇧🇷

Patient had a large ischemic scar following a circumflex infarction, with multiple potential channels throughout the inferior wall. Combining pre-procedural #inHEART imaging with Deep VT Mapping and ILAM helped correlate the scar architecture with the electrical substrate and identify areas most relevant to the VT. Strategic linear ablation and selective substrate homogenization ultimately rendered the VT non-inducible.

Always rewarding to see imaging and mapping come together in a complex VT case.

By comparing the #inHEART 3D model with the prior electroanatomical map, target areas were identified with greater precision and efficiency. We're happy to have supported the procedure with inHEART imaging technology, which provided a clear visualization of wall thickness and transmural scar distribution across the endo, intra, and epicardial layers—helping to reduce mapping time and streamline the approach. 🔎 Think about supero-paraseptal (antero-septal) AP when on #ECG:
✅ Positive Delta wave in II, III, aVF
✅ Isoelectric or +/- Delta wave in V1

👉 If these signs are present during #EPMap:
✔️ Check proximity to HIS!
✔️ Map from RA & assess the risk of HIS damage
✔️ High risk? → Map in Non-Coronary Sinus (NCS)
✔️ Keep this in mind for Parahisian AT/VT
