🔸Many Meitei villages in the foothills were under constant attack. They had to leave their villages and stay in the relief camps.
🔸Farmers in the foothills are under constant threat. Farmers got shot and got killed.
🔸Students got kidnapped and supposedly got killed. The suspects have been arrested. But the bodies are yet to be recovered.
🔸There are many missing Meiteis who had been kidnapped and supposedly killed by the #Kuki_ZoMilitants
🔸Security forces have been under attack in many incidents killing the police and army personnel.
🔸Kuki Zo militant leaders under SoO agreements had been arrested related to drugs, transnational conspiracy waging war against Union of India.
When this violence in Manipur will end and normalcy will be there! The innocent people have been suffering for the last seven months.

Yesterday I visited the homes of Ngaleiba and Chingkheinganba located at Sekmaijin, who were brutually killed by the Kuki Militants. Their killing went viral on Social Media and their Killer was seen on the video and viral photo too. My heart was filled with mixed emotions when I reached their homes and a huge crowd of localities were there to welcome me. It has given me more strength to fight for Justice. The Government should take up stringent action against their brutal killing. Those involved should be dealt with capital punishment. I will raise voice till they are given justice.
I also visited the home of Momocha meetei, who was killed at Sugnu. He was also from Sekmaijin too. I strongly condemn his killing too and those involved should be investigated and arrested at the earliest and should be dealt with law. Not less than capital punishment.

As Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon'ble Union Defence Minister have conveyed that he have ordered the Indian Air Force to destroy the poppy fields, it is very much needed for the concerned authorities to carry out his instructions. As it can also be treated as part our State's War On Drugs campaign, I urge the Home Department of Manipur and Narcotics and Affairs of Border Department of Manipur to coordinate with the Indian Air Force and carry out Hon'ble Union Defence Minister's order to destroy the poppy fields at the earliest.

I have been saying this from my first visit to Manipur during the conflict. This conflict and violence around it is about wolves in sheep clothing. They don’t belong to any community in Manipur but disguise themselves are protectors of the communities. They are terrorists. The attack is not on Manipur, it is on India. Everything else has been drummed up to camouflage the real intent narcotics money and destabilise Northeast.
