@gutsybunch you guys did a thing on Saturday evening. I wanted to eat my running shoes for missing this one. Our @mutungomadbus & #TwitterRunningSchool people turned out in style. I saw Snr. Cde. Gen. Amb. @nsunak dressed to kill!!! Head Girl @ProsperAketch was on fire! What an evening.

I sweet talked Sam of @MutandaRun about XRS when he took me to the rocky trails in Kisoro 2 weeks back. He has exhibited alot of seriousness and I present him for admission.
Thanks.

Nyanama, is in Lubaga division.
Same area code with; Bunamwaya, Kitebi, Kabowa, and Mutundwe. If you're driving from Ebb 2 Kla, you make a left turn to a rd opp FreedomCity Mall-Namasuba. Thanks to #TwitterRunningSchool, I got to know Nyanama when I was doing a #Raymond (60km)🏃♂️.
@MaamaBedazzle Nyanama, where's that again? 🤷🏾♂️

Last weekend was Kili Marathon and it was a great day to be part of. Personally I don’t run 🏃, I enjoy cycling 🚴 through the trail.
While there I met a great deal of Ugandan Running Clubs and boy of boy I loved the thrill. There was @teammatooke with a representation of around 30+ people and most of these guys did the 42 km trail. They’re not a joke.
This lady in video was also there from team matooke . @AppelezmoiKizza was also there with her badass crew sweating all the way through the 21km. I spotted C/m @FGimara , @niyimic , then rode past @AbiazRwamwiri as he was running up the 3rd corner of the 21km trail.
@julius_ssekajja bought me those tasteless Tanzanian Bananas to recover my lost sugars. Got my tshirt from @wekesa_amos and night before. It was his and he sacrificed it to me because I registered late.
Guys ,
Uganda has the most active running groups around EA. People here run and keep fit.
You have no reason to be FAT!! In fact I hate fat men. How can u fail to identity yourself with a running group? They’re so many with very stable schedules. JOIN one and be consistent with it and get back to shape.
Join a running group.
If you know a running group, tag it here so that someone can get information about it and join it. Stop being lazy with your body as it becomes shapeless!!

Our Beloved President & Strategic Visionary of @teammatooke 🤣🤣🤣
In the pictures are the passengers of the now famous #MutungoMadBus! Absent with apologies is our CLF Lt. Gen. @PeterSimonO. He is attending a refresher at 5th Division, Pader.
The passengers have resolved to continue participating in all the 2025 Kla-Ebb Runs. We will also maintain our starting point in Mutungo. That will ensure that by the time we reach the usual start at Lubowa, we will have finished an 18km warm up🤣
For the November edition, we request that other runners clubs send representatives to join us for the start in Mutungo. Our Chief of Logistics is Lt. Col. @stellakayy will coordinate this.
The following are hereby informed accordingly;
@gutsybunch @marcosruninngC1 @kyanjarunners @FastnFurious40 @surehikers2023 @Kh3Kampala @roadstriders23 @RunKyewaggula
The DHM Cde. @MosesRutahigwa is requested to inform all students of #XRS
We look forward to your positive response

Ladies and gentlemen, the party is done!! I am here to thank you so much for the unwavering support and the love you showed and continue to show us. Identified a 3:15 bus, went with it from start to finish. Incredible pacers!!
When you run with the #TwitterRunningSchool #XRunningSchool Head Master / Principal @rkabushenga your performance automatically improves!
It was a good run, Bob!
This was my best performance for a 10 mile run. #WomensDayRun #ActivateWomen
Nzee , I have stopped understanding some of these things. I will just keep running. Is it only walking or does it have to do with the diet at the KLA-Fort Safety walk? After a rest day, another PR is Gotten. #TwitterRunningSchool and #Joewalker you are all GRT.
It was a wet love affair for this #valentineday but what beats affection under the rain for solemates? Thank you @teammatooke for this beautiful edition of Kla-Ebb run and thanks to the hares #TwitterRunningSchool and #Solemates ❤️
6⃣Covering the costs.💸
The @TeamMatooke registration fees (UGX 20k) handle breakfast, venue essentials, security & parking.
Everything else? That's on our amazing volunteers, rotating monthly to keep things fair.
This month, it was my lovely Solemates & #TwitterRunningSchool!
Romeo & Juliet had drama, we have stamina!
Thank you to my Solemates & #TwitterRunningSchool for bringing the VIBES as we hared the @TeamMatooke Valentines Run today. ♥️🔥🔥🔥
