You can't celebrate 250 years of American innovation without recognizing what powered it. From the Industrial Revolution to AI, energy has been the foundation of American prosperity and security.
America's next chapter requires energy leadership. 🇺🇸⚡

As America celebrates 250 years of innovation, growth and progress, one reality remains constant: none of it happens without energy.
From powering the Industrial Revolution to fueling modern manufacturing, transportation, national defense and the technologies shaping our future, energy has been the foundation of American prosperity.
In a new op-ed published by @RealClearEnergy, Energy Workforce Presidents Molly Determan and Tim Tarpley explore why America's next chapter depends on abundant, reliable and affordable energy.
As demand surges from AI, data centers, and growing energy needs around the world, the question is no longer whether America needs more energy. The question is whether we're prepared to build the workforce, infrastructure and policies necessary to deliver it.

At ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference, Energy Workforce President Molly Determan joined the conversation on how innovation and adaptability are driving the next era of energy.
“Public understanding hasn’t caught up with how much innovation is happening in this industry. Energy is scaling, not shrinking,” said Determan.
“Companies are being deliberate about managing this shift by focusing on leadership development, reskilling and building adaptable teams. That’s less about numbers and more about readiness for what’s ahead.”

🏛️Breaking news out of Washington!
Energy Workforce congratulates our former CEO, Leslie Beyer, on her confirmation by the U.S. Senate as Assistant Secretary for Land & Minerals Management at the @Interior.
Leslie led EWTC from 2014–2023, advancing energy services, workforce development, and American energy security. In her new role, she will oversee @BLMNational, @BOEM, @BSEE, and @OSMRE, shaping policies that impact millions of acres of federal land and offshore resources.
We look forward to continuing our work with Assistant Secretary Beyer in this important position.
Texas has a long and proud tradition of rising to defend our homes, our freedom, and our communities.
I’m running for Attorney General to carry on that legacy… unafraid to fight, unafraid to win, and unafraid to defend Texas at every turn. #LiveFree
“The current permitting system is a chokepoint for domestic energy development. Our members are ready to build, drill, and deliver, but red tape and frivolous lawsuits holds back investment, innovation, and jobs. Congress must cut through the bureaucracy and enact reforms to ensure the U.S. remains the global leader in energy production,” said Energy Workforce President Tim Tarpley.
@WorldOil recently published an article highlighting a unified coalition of oil and gas trade associations calling on the House Natural Resources Committee to take action on permitting reform.
The coalition sent a joint letter to Chairman Bruce Westerman ahead of this week’s oversight hearing, emphasizing the need to streamline the permitting process to boost productivity and unleash American energy.

.@RandPaul is right. DOGE may be stopping certain payments, but only Congress can actually cut spending. Use this moment to change the culture on Capitol Hill. Press them to pass legislation that implements these cuts and more. That’s the only way to get lasting fiscal reforms.
