ASO of 2013 batch is eligible for promotion to SO w.e.f. 01.07.2022. 1700 posts of SOs are vacant in CSS. Eligible Employees requesting @DoPTGoI since July, 222. No action taken by DoPT till date. Will these 1700 posts be kept vacant for years or what?

जिस duration में दूसरी सेवाओं के अफसरों के दो-दो प्रोमोशन होकर तीसरे का भी समय आ जाता है, उस पीरियड में Appeal_to_PMO_DoPT का नियमानुसार एक प्रोमोशन, वो भी Ad-hoc, क्यों नहीं? CSS के समयबद्ध प्रोमोशन में देश का हित भी निहित है।

बड़ी संख्या में रिक्ति होने पर भी पदोन्नति न मिलना सरकारी कर्मचारी को सिर्फ हतोत्साहित ही नहीं करता है, बल्कि सरकार उपलब्ध मानव संपदा का उचित प्रयोग नही कर पाती है । पदोन्नति दी जाय।
