Nous continuerons à veiller à ce que les auteurs de discours de haine et d’incitation à la violence entre les communautés ethniques dans l’Est de la RDC répondent de leurs actes, y compris lorsqu’ils résident ou cherchent refuge dans des pays européens, au Canada ou aux États-Unis.

Le cas de Yves Abdallah, refoulé du Canada pour avoir animé à la RTNC des émissions appelant au meurtre des Tutsis, faisant l’apologie du viol et de pratiques assimilables à des actes génocidaires, constitue une étape importante. Cette décision témoigne de l’engagement du Canada à ne pas permettre que son territoire serve de refuge à des extrémistes qui alimentent les conflits dans la région des Grands Lacs par leurs discours de haine et leurs appels à la violence.

Nous poursuivons également notre travail de documentation et de plaidoyer concernant d’autres figures emblématiques des discours de haine et d’incitation au génocide contre les Tutsis, notamment José Nkondi, connu sous le nom de « Da Nono » (Norvège), Jean Mubenga (États-Unis) et Kalonji Muluma (États-Unis).

Ces trois personnes ont régulièrement appelée à «  exterminer les tutsis congolais au motif que ce sont des cafards en les traitant des étrangers rwandais à faciès non congolais. »

@hrw, credibility demands consistency and honesty, two things that is no longer exist in your reportings.

Since at least 2017, the Banyamulenge community in Minembwe has faced killings, displacement, destruction of villages, and a blockade depriving civilians of basic necessities. Yet your silence on these realities has been deafening.

Your reports simply echo the narrative of the Kinshasa regime while ignoring abuses committed by its allies, including Wazalendo militias and the FDLR, CODECO. Videos of killings, persecution, and abuses continue to circulate widely, but your accountability remains selective.

Writing reports from offices more than 2,000 km away while dismissing the voices of affected communities destroys trust and raises questions about impartiality.

The videos below directly contradict the narrative promoted in HRW reports. Congolese communities around the world are speaking for themselves, and the world is listening.

The international community deserves facts, not propaganda disguised as human rights reporting.

Truth will outlive every attempt to silence it, and history will judge those who looked away.

Congolese protesters in Brussels, Belgium, continue to condemn the killings and violence targeting civilians in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
Participants in the demonstration say that Banyamulenge, Tutsi, Hema, and other communities continue to face attacks, killings, and persecution because of their appearance and ethnic background.
They called on the international community, human rights organizations, and global institutions to take action to protect civilians, ensure justice, and help restore lasting peace in the country.

C'était sidérant de voir Madame @TinaSalama2 présenter officiellement Chancella Tshala Balandi comme faisant partie du comité de soutien du Président, malgré ses appels répétés à la haine et la déshumanisation des tutsis dans ses multiples émissions sur sa chaîne Youtube @22Chancellatsha, devenue la vraie RTLM dans la région des Grands-lacs.

Cette journaliste proche du pouvoir avec qui le Président de la RDC, Félix TSHISEKEDI s'est donné l'audace de poser avec elle la photo, a précédemment qualities tutsis des insectes, des machins, au point d'appeler à l'élimination de tous les officiers prétendument rwandais , sous entendus Tutsis dans les FARDC.

Le fait que le Président de la RDC a pris photo avec cette journaliste , et faisant partie de son comité de soutien qui mène la propagande sur la guerre de l'Est de la RDC, cela contredit son discours prétendant dire qu'il ne tolérait jamais les discours contre les Tutsis congolais, comme dit dans la conférence , dans laquelle, cette même journaliste était fièrement présente et félicitée par le même Chef de l'État congolais pour ses activités médiatiques d'incitation à la haine et la déshumanisation des tutsis congolais.

La Ministre des Affaires étrangères ( @kayikwambaT ), qui affirme régulièrement devant le Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies et l’Union européenne que les discours de haine contre les Tutsis congolais n’existent pas, reçoit pourtant dans son bureau à Kinshasa des journalistes connus pour leurs prises de position extrémistes et antitutsies, lesquels soutiennent activement la propagande du gouvernement congolais autour de la crise du Kivu.

Parmi eux figure la journaliste Chancella Tshala Balandi, qui, à plusieurs reprises, a tenu des appels à la haine contre les Tutsis congolais, allant jusqu’à utiliser des qualificatifs déshumanisants à leur encontre, comme quoi ce sont des insectes ou machins.

Au nom d’intérêts stratégiques ou d’éventuels accords liés aux minerais, certaines puissances, notamment les États-Unis, pourraient être tentées de soutenir un régime qui est dans une politique marquée par la haine antitutsie.

Cependant, les victimes de ces discriminations ne resteront pas passives face à cette situation. Elles continueront à défendre leurs droits, leur sécurité et leur dignité. Et si cette marginalisation persiste, devenue un véritable programme d’État soutenu pour des intérêts économiques, la revendication du droit à l’autodétermination pourrait alors être davantage mise en avant.

Women and children are fleeing into forests as Banyamulenge villages in Kundondo come under attack.
Available information indicates that FARDC, operating with the Burundian military (FNDB), and supported by FDLR & Wazalendo militias, are conducting coordinated ground operations affecting villages including: Kukiziba, Mukanogo, Nyakirango, Mubijanda, Mukinyoni, Kajembwe & others.

Thousands of civilians, children, women, the elderly are displaced, hiding in forests with no shelter, food, or protection.

An international humanitarian consortium organisation operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo has issued urgent letters to @antonioguterres and U.S. Secretary of State @SecRubio ,escalating risks of Genocide against Banyamulenge communities, based on independent humanitarian investigations.

Between 2024 and 2026, Banyamulenge civilians have reportedly been systematically cut off from markets, healthcare, and essential services, while facing targeted attacks, including drones bombardments, forced displacement, and the destruction of livelihoods. These patterns raise grave concerns of ethnic persecution and may constitute crimes under international law.
