3D printing is getting wild! 🧊
A one-piece printed bar counter just dropped: 1.1 meters tall and over 4 meters long, made entirely from PETG with millimeter-level precision.
A single continuous organic surface with integrated LED backlighting.
A giant monolithic print. Every week we’re seeing 3D printers take on bigger, more complex, more architectural pieces.
This one DEFINITELY shows just how far large-format additive manufacturing has come.
Cool combination with robotics :)

This mobile LiDAR system scans the atmosphere with laser beams, analysing light scattered by airborne particles to measure pollution levels and map its distribution at different heights in real time.
This bird has some moves. 🐦
All brought to life with a UFactory arm, a depth camera, Viam, and some code.
Day 2 of our Robot Hackathon: Code That Moves.
A small reminder before the weekend.
The people around us have a greater influence on our lives than we sometimes realize.
Surround yourself with people who support your ambitions, celebrate your progress and encourage you to keep going when things get difficult.
But also appreciate those who challenge your thinking, give you honest feedback and help you grow beyond your comfort zone.
The right people dont just make the good days better. They make the difficult days easier to navigate.
And remember to be that person for someone else, too.
Happy Friday!

What if ocean waves could become a reliable source of renewable energy?
Floating wave energy systems explore a different approach to electricity generation. Instead of relying on wind or sunlight, they capture the continuous movement of ocean waves and convert it into usable energy.
The concept is promising, particularly for coastal regions with strong and consistent wave activity.
But operating in the ocean introduces significant challenges. Saltwater corrosion, extreme weather, maintenance costs and the complexity of offshore infrastructure can quickly affect economic viability.
And while waves are relatively predictable, that does not automatically make wave energy competitive with established renewables.
The engineering is fascinating. The challenge is making it economically sustainable.
If wave energy can overcome these barriers, it could become a valuable addition to the renewable energy mix.

Sometimes the motivation you are waiting for has to come from yourself.
We often wait for the right moment, encouragement from others or the confidence to finally take the next step.
But progress rarely starts with perfect conditions.
It starts with a decision to move forward, even when things feel uncertain.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to take responsibility for the next step and trust yourself enough to begin.
Be the person who gives yourself that push.
Small steps, repeated consistently, can take you further than waiting for the perfect opportunity.

Solar panels are becoming increasingly flexible in where and how they can be deployed.
Dragon Wings takes an interesting approach: foldable solar panels mounted on shipping containers, creating a mobile energy system with integrated battery storage.
The concept could be particularly useful for temporary infrastructure, remote locations or areas where permanent installations are impractical.
But flexibility comes with trade-offs.
Moving components introduce additional maintenance requirements, and the economics depend on installation costs, durability, energy output and how frequently the system is relocated.
Still, developments like this show how solar innovation is expanding beyond traditional rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
The opportunity is not necessarily to make solar panels more efficient, but to make solar energy accessible in places where conventional installations are difficult.
And that could be just as valuable.

Agriculture is becoming an increasingly interesting field for robotics.
While much of the attention goes to humanoid robots and industrial automation, agricultural robots are addressing some very practical challenges.
Labor shortages, rising production costs, repetitive physical work and the need to use resources more efficiently.
Autonomous machines can potentially support planting, monitoring, weeding and harvesting while reducing the need for manual intervention.
But farming is not a controlled factory environment. Weather, soil conditions, crop variability and unpredictable obstacles make reliable automation significantly more difficult.
And the economics matter just as much as the technology.
A robot that works perfectly in a demonstration still needs to prove its value across an entire growing season.
The potential is substantial, but widespread adoption will depend on reliability, affordability and measurable benefits for farmers.

The World’s Largest Vehicle Producers
👉 Key Takeaways
China produced nearly 35 million vehicles in 2025, accounting for over a third of global production.
Vehicle production declined across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, with Canada posting the steepest drop of the three.
India increased vehicle production by 7.9%, the second-fastest growth rate among the top 20 producers.
