@psyc220 #CD3a If someone didnt believe in racism I would explain to them the stats behind healthcare workers racism. In 2012, they found that 67% of doctors have a bias against African American patients. If people we rely on have biases it shows where we are as a society.

#CD3a @psyc220 Science clearly points to the fact that race has no biological basis. We share almost all DNA across all races. Race simply boils down to the amount of melanin (dark pigment in skin, hair, and the iris of your eye) that your body produces due to sunlight exposure.

#CD3a @psyc220 we all share 99.9% of our DNA. It is also important to note that according to a Stanford study, there is no evidence that the groups that we call "races" have distinct, unifying genetic identities and race may be biologically "meaningless"

@psyc220 #CD3a Based off an article I read from the Washington Post by Sydney Trent, it is hard for us as a society to talk about race because it’s easier to preserve the peace. People are afraid to say the wrong thing so they often don’t say anything at all about race.

Pienso que todas las materias son importantes, ya que nos servirán en un futuro, una de las materias que nos sirve mucho es la de competencias digitales ya que aprendemos a usar las herramientas adecuadas y eso nos ayudará a realizar trabajos sobre todo en lo académico #CD3A

Pienso que cada una de las asignaturas que estamos viendo y veremos en este ciclo escolar son importantes, ya que en algún momento de la vida lo llevaremos a la práctica ya cada vez aprendemos como va avanzando la tecnología. #CD3A

Las materias me parecen útiles porque brindan conocimiento que podemos usar, algunas son más sencillas y cada maestro le puede dar un toque diferente a cada materia, aveces aparentan ser aburridas, pero cuando conoces muy bien una materia se empieza a notar muy interesante. #CD3A
