High Courts have suspended notification wherein PAS/DMG Cadre posts were increased from 289 to 1180 in Provinces.

Contempt proceedings shall be filed against Establishment Division if they notify promotions of 44th Common or other PAS Officers.

Court orders must b obeyed.
