The video shows the following:
1. The police officers were armed, while the three men who were apprehended were unarmed.
2. Their hands were tightly clenched.
3. The police transported them to a secluded area.

Additionally, the image of the deceased at the morgue reveals that they were dressed in a new and clean bulletproof vest by their attackers.
When the police intercepted them, none of the men were wearing bulletproof vests.
Is it possible that they were forced to wear this attire to falsely depict them as terrorists?

*The matter is now being discussed and remedial measures being taken at the highest level. All we need to know is, MSPDCL is the sole power distribution company in Manipur.*

*The power supply of Manipur depends entirely on the share of power allocated from the Central Sector Power Plants like, Loktak Hydro Electric Project, Kopili HE Project, Khandong HE Project, Assam Gas Based Power Project at Kathalguri and Agartala Gas Turbine Power Project at Ramchandranagar, Ranganadi HE Project, Doyang HE Project and shared power plant of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited at Baramura.*

*The availability of power varies from time to time depending on the actual generation from these projects. The situation deteriorates when there is outage of any generating unit(s) in any station of the central sector plants. To mitigate the gap in the demand and supply of the State, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) resort to sell/purchase of power through power exchange.*

*The State’s own generation is negligibly small. There is only one State owned hydro generating station in operation. The station is Leimakhong Stage-I Micro Hydel plant having a small capacity of 600 KW. The State has diesel power houses which are used as standby. These are operated only when the Grid supply fails. We also operate the Leimakhong Heavy Fuel Based Power House having a capacity of 36 MW sometimes in emergency situation. The cost of generation from this unit is abnormally high.*

*Now with shooting down and damaging of the 33KV main line near Moirang the Kuki people has given ultimatum to the state to restore the line or they will disruption the line passing over kuki dominated area, this is going to be a very bad situation as repair of damaged line in Hills will take a long time due to the terrain and location. This will infact start another war over resources, like water, highway, electricity, food supply chain and essential commodities.*

*The present issue is due to damage inflicted on the following:-*
*1. 33 KV kakching to ccpur (tower damaged)*
*2. 33KV Moirang to ccpur (insulator damaged)*
*3. 33KV Ningthoukhong to ccpur (tower and insulator damaged)*

*However, the Govt of Manipur is presently repairing the damaged and trying to restore electricity. The fools who destroyed and damaged the line is not aware that, this will lead to NO ELECTRICITY IN THE VALLEY TOO, Imphal area had been under severe power cut since many days and this issue will further aggravate the problem for all of us.*

*Hope electricity is restored at the earliest so that Manipur is not plunged into complete darkness.* 🙏🙏

*Hope this crisis ends at the earliest so that something is left for our future generations in Manipur.*
