It is becoming clear to me that Kuda Business was designed to frustrate businesses rather than support them.

My first account was placed on PND on 18 May 2026 without any clear explanation. Each time I contacted customer support, I received different responses, mostly that it was under “compliance review.” How can a compliance review last over a month without a single official email requesting clarification about the inflows and outflows on the account?

As if that wasn’t enough, my second Kuda Business account was locked on 6 June 2026 over an inflow they claimed resulted from a Providus Bank glitch. I was asked to provide a police report, which I obtained and submitted. I also provided proof that the funds were received legally. Despite this, both accounts remain restricted.

I have even obtained a court order directing the release of my accounts and submitted it on Monday. Today is Friday, and nothing has changed.

@EFCCNigeria @cenbank, Kuda Bank needs to be investigated. Businesses cannot survive when their funds are locked indefinitely without clear communication or timely resolution. My business has been severely affected, and I have been unable to pay my workers’ salaries since May because of this situation.

Business owners, please be cautious. No business should have its operations brought to a standstill by prolonged account restrictions without transparency, due process, or timely resolution. My experience with Kuda has been devastating, and I would not recommend entrusting critical business funds to a bank that treats customers this way.

I am currently compiling all correspondence, evidence, and records of my interactions with Kuda and will be exploring all legal remedies available to me regarding what I believe has been an unfair and highly damaging experience as a customer. #kudafraudbank

Popular US late night show host, Bill Mahar, on Friday joined a list of growing concerns on the “systematic killing of Christians in Nigeria,” condemning the media for its complicit silence. This follows days after President Donald Trump described Christianity as the “most persecuted religion in the 21st century” in an address to the United Nations 80th General Assembly.

The situation is similar in Sudan, Somalia, and Syria where Christians and Druzes are hunted down and killed in infuriating numbers by pro-Jihadist Islamist terror groups.

At the UNGA80, little to no attention was paid to these Christian killings as many nations queued behind Palestine to offer strongly worded condemnations at Israel. This is the same for the EU which has constantly targeted and punished member states like Hungary and Slovenia with deep Christian values. This unfair and disproportionate fixation on a tiny fraction of global conflict by the UN and the EU begs the question of their competence to advance a charter for peace across the world.

Nigeria ranks 7th on the list of most dangerous places for Christians to live, behind Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, and Eritrea, per OpenDoors statistics. In 2020, Trump had confronted Nigeria’s president on the killing of Christians. Now with his return to the White House, and a glaring absence of intervention by the UN and EU, the US is urged to step up protection of Christians in the region by putting significant diplomatic pressure on the nation's leaders who lightly esteem the heinous mass slaughter.

PUTIN, ZELENSKYY, EU FRUSTRATING TRUMP PEACE MOVES

Less than a week after Russia Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, held a historic meeting with US President, Donald Trump, in Alaska, Russia has opened another round of drone attacks on Ukraine.

The latest attack, which saw over 500 drones deployed into non-combat areas of Western Ukraine affected a NASDAQ-listed technology company. This comes as both nations exchanged drone attacks in the lead up to the Putin-Trump meeting, marking a ludicrous fight for the “last laugh” before potential ceasefire come into place.

Now Trump has scrapped plans for temporary ceasefire, aiming rather to bring both parties together for permanent peace talks.

But Putin says he’s not ready to meet Zelenskyy.

The entire situation is ugly, needlessly bloody and complicated by Europe’s vilification of Putin.
Ukraine is being propped up by Brussels elite leftists to stay stubborn and reject concessions. Doing this, it believes—and with the assumed help of the US—will arm-twist Putin to a surrender. Except that has not worked for the last three years.

In Trump, both parties find a highly influential arbiter to negotiate their demands. But all three—Russia, Ukraine and the EU–must also put needless ego aside and work out their concessions to end the war immediately.

Successful or not this time, Trump’s history of peace deals in the Middle East, Africa and Asia proves a capable and experienced peacemaker. But it takes more than just “a coalition of the willing” to achieve peace.

Ukraine must acknowledge its weak hands, Russia must come down from its high horse, and the EU is urged to seize barking up a toothless support that has proven counterproductive to the thousands of young Ukrainian lives perished since the war. The earlier painful but necessary concessions are made on both sides, the faster the war ends.

Israel has approved plans to control Gaza. It last ceded control in 2005 to the Palestinian Authority in pursuit of peaceful coexistence, and has had to pay heavily with the brutal killing of over 1300 Israelis and kidnapping of hundreds others among others.

The plan put forward by the Israeli security cabinet will see the rebuilding and reestablishment of a Gaza region free from Hamas terrorists and the Palestinian Authority.

The UK, France and Ireland—all nations looking to recognise Palestine in September— rejected the plan despite it essentially fulfilling their key precondition of a statehood without Hamas in power.

Hamas, on the other hand, unsurprisingly rejects the idea of its imminent annihilation, further accusing Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, of failing to care about the remaining kidnapped Israelis it hopes to use as a last minute bargaining chip.

OUR VOTES IN REAL TIME: THE KEY TO CREDIBLE 2027 ELECTIONS

With the 2027 general elections fast approaching, one fact remains clear, Nigeria cannot endure another electoral cycle plagued by controversy, eroded trust, and prolonged legal battles. The integrity of our democracy hinges on our ability to guarantee that the voice of the people, as expressed at the polling units, is the same voice that is heard in the final results. To achieve this, real-time electronic transmission of results from each polling unit directly to a central, publicly accessible database must become law, without any exceptions, discretion or delays.

The 2023 elections were a sobering reminder of how fragile public trust can be. INEC failed to comply with the Electoral Act 2022, which allows for the electronic transmission of results in real-time. Delays and failures in uploading results, coupled with the absence of clear legal compulsion for real-time transmission, left millions of Nigerians doubting the credibility of the process. Democracy thrives on transparency; when citizens cannot verify that their votes were counted as cast, confidence erodes, and political instability grows.

Without binding reforms in 2025, the loopholes that allowed for opacity and manipulation will remain open. The time to act is not months before the 2027 polls, but now, while there is still space to legislate, test, and perfect the systems that will safeguard our votes.

The FG, INEC, Judiciary and other concerned bodies are urged to implement reforms to help the system by enforcing explicit legal mandate of real-time transmission of polling unit results to an online portal viewable by the public and also providing technical reliability. The benefits of real-time transmission can never be over-emphasized. It provides transparency, accountability and speed.

This reform will not pass on goodwill alone. Nigerians must raise their voices collectively, through civic groups, social media advocacy, town-hall meetings, and direct engagement with lawmakers. Every citizen has a role to play in demanding that our representatives in the National Assembly enshrine this safeguard in law before the 2027 elections.

SACRILEGE: LESBIAN WHO HID PARTNER FOR DECADES APPOINTED WELSH ARCHBISHOP

The Anglican Church of Wales has elected its first female lesbian bishop, and it appears too ashamed to comment amidst mounting criticisms. Cherry Vann, now 66, successfully deceived the Anglican community for close to three decades about her homosexuality status before becoming a Bishop.

Serving a combined 16 years at Rochdale in Manchester and Monmouth, Wales as both Archdeacon and Bishop respectively, Vann confessed to hiding her lesbian partner in secret rooms while meeting visitors. The Welsh church seems not to mind.

Vann, whose “abominable” appointment has caused the Church of Wales to lose ties with the Church of Nigeria and the Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans (GAFCON)—two of the world's largest Anglican communities—confessed to having fled the jurisdiction of the Church of England due to stricter rules against gay bishops.

In reaction to the ordination, Henry Ndukuba, the Archbishop of the Church of Nigeria stated: “We do not recognise the so-called Archbishop of Wales and cannot share communion with a church that has departed from the teachings of the Bible, ” in reference to Leviticus 18:22 which clearly forbids lying with a “male as with a woman” as an “abomination.”

In her acceptance speech, Vann promises healing and reconciliation—an ironic mission for a lady whose desecrating acts have sowed deep division and deviation from the sacred teachings of the Bible binding on all Anglicans.

The Church of Wales must correct its grave error. God’s eternal law can never be bent to accommodate the absurdities of fleeting carnal demands. Clergies like Vann who seek to enthrone abhorrent immortality as the new normal are an existential threat to the sacred holiness of the Christian faith and must never be permitted near positions of influence or authority.

Australia has announced it will join France and the UK to recognise Palestine next month.
Anthony Albanese, the Australian Prime Minister says the decision is contingent upon Hamas having no role in the new Palestine state. How he hopes to verify that is unclear.

Since 2005, when Israel ceded the region to the Palestinian Authority (PA), Hamas has taken full control by infiltrating the UN through its dedicated relief agency, UNRWA. It continues to forcefully indoctrinate locals into its radical Jihadist cause and maintains a vast swathe of apologists and propaganda foot soldiers across Al Jazeera and the West.

Over 44,000 People’s Democratic Party (PDP) members have defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) since 2024.

This figure consists of 3 ex-governors, 4 senators, 2 high-ranking party excos, 7 House of Representatives members, over 300 party chieftains, and nearly 40,000 party officials across the nation’s 36 states.

While such grand defection deals a massive blow to the lead opposition status of the party which oversaw Nigeria’s nascent democracy through its first sixteen years, it underscores a deep rot within the nation’s political system. One devoid of consistent foundational ideologies yet rife with personal ambition and betrayal.

On a deeper level it conveys betrayal too. Especially for over 70% of Nigerians who prioritise candidate competence over party affiliation, and now have to grapple with political chameleons succumbing to the cult-like ideology of the APC party. Short-lived vision, policy termination, and a growing underdevelopment are some of the immediate consequences of such defection which reduce political parties to empty vehicles and elections to mere rituals.

APCs reputation as a cult-like elitist cum incompetent party stems from overseeing the worst ongoing insecurity crisis in Nigeria’s history. One where over N2.23 trillion worth of ransom payments were made from 2.24 million officially documented kidnap cases in 2023. Such pillaging and bloodshed even extends back to October 2020 when the government supervised the broad daylight murder of over 38 young protesters among thousands who stood against police brutality.

Nigerians deserve leaders who stand for something and not fall for anything. No stable future can be built on the shifting sands of self-interest. Enough of the defections. Party ideology must be more than mere slogans. It’s time to protect the people's mandate.

INEC MUST BE REFORMED NOW — OR FORGET FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS IN 2027.

As Nigeria looks toward the 2027 general elections, one truth must be said boldly: without urgent and sweeping reforms to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Nigerians should forget about credible elections. The system is broken — and it cannot be business as usual.

INEC’s performance in recent elections has left millions of Nigerians disillusioned. Promises of electronic transmission of results were abandoned at critical moments. Real-time updates vanished. Collation centers became theaters of confusion, intimidation, and manipulation. The trust deficit is growing, and if nothing is done, 2027 will be rigged in broad daylight — with disastrous consequences for Nigeria’s democracy.

The time to act is now. Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, INEC Chairman, is set to leave office this year. This presents a crucial opportunity for the National Assembly and Nigerian citizens to push for lasting electoral reform. Nigerians must demand a new leadership at INEC that is truly independent, courageous, and committed to transparency — not one handpicked to serve the interests of the ruling elite.

Central to these reforms is the real-time collation and transmission of results from polling units using the BVAS (Bimodal Voter Accreditation System). The technology exists. It was introduced to prevent over-voting and manipulation, but political sabotage and weak enforcement turned it into a half-measure. For 2027, Nigerians must insist that all results be uploaded live from the polling unit, accessible to the public, and traceable in real time.

INEC must be stripped of its culture of secrecy. Appointments to its leadership must be depoliticized and subject to rigorous public scrutiny. A robust digital infrastructure must be legally mandated, backed by enforcement mechanisms that criminalize tampering, delay, or obstruction of result uploads. This is non-negotiable.

Nigerians must not accept anything less and must rise, mobilize, and pressure lawmakers to act now, not in 2026. Civil society, the media, and all who care about the future must demand a transparent, reformed INEC, with legal frameworks that guarantee credible polls. The survival of Nigeria's democracy depends on it.

Odumodu, who was awarded the highly coveted Next Rated Artist, had his microphone turned off and music raised over his acceptance speech as he called out a cult-like censorship of the music industry while narrating the circumstances surrounding his birth.

AntiChrist hostility in the Western entertainment industries is not new. Over the decades, many globally famous Hollywood celebrities have openly or covertly signalled their alliance to Satanism and Satanic practices. “I’ve been in rooms at the top of the top where albums are prayed over demonically,” retorted Shane Lynch from the famous Irish sensation group, Boyzone, in a 2024 interview, when asked about Hollywood. Lynch’s observation was recently confirmed by Black Panther and Sinner’s star actor, Michael B. Jordan, who confessed to being a “Babalawo” at a recent red carpet event, when asked about “Bakari” , his middle name.

What’s new however is the open display of such antiChrist hostility in Nigeria—a country widely known for its strong Christian roots and ethno-religious affinity. While a few dismiss it as a mere tactic to curb time-wasting, many Christians find the Headies act against Odumodu particularly abhorrent given the failure of the organisation—and the entire music industry at large—to lend a vocal condemnation to the ongoing massacre of Christians who profess Jesus Christ in Northern Nigeria.

The Headies must be condemned for this act. Its excuse of “working to save time” falls flat in the face of a retinue of hosts and artistes, before and after Odumodu, who went on to spend more minutes on less impactful jokes and comments without being censored off. While Odumodu may not field the purest of lyrics in his musical content, his boldness to assert a firm belief in the supreme authority of Jesus Christ remains highly commendable and must be encouraged.

“I was talking about Jesus and they tried to shut me down. I am hundred percent sure that if I was talking about his excellency, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, I would not have been cut off.
“I genuinely have no bad blood towards the headies, rather, I am grateful they put my mic back on to spread the gospel. Jesus is king. He is before now and forever” Odumodu wrote on X.
