Having recently committed to taking the #ITILPractitioner course and enjoying what I’m reading - it strikes me odd that it’s been dropped from the #itil4 structure when it’s the most practical and useful #ITIL volume I’ve read to date
Following the adopt & adapt approach with #ITIL was never simple or obvious.
People who went for the "implementation" are not at fault. There was *very* limited (public) guidance available to help approach it otherwise.

I am always baffled....eary to get me baffled...>85% at conferences doing #ITIL ....> 70% of these recognize the problems I reveal at #itsmf events....less that 5% have read #itilpractitioner which points to solutions....then they declare #itil not relevant? @AXELOS_GBP
Just my opinion but if you only study for one ITIL exam (after #itilfoundation), then #itilpractitioner is the one to absorb fully. The rest is kinda interesting but difficult to justify the study expense vs just reading & having the books as reference material.
